Why Ginger is a Must-Have for Your Dog’s Health: From Digestion to Cancer Defence

When we think of ginger, we often associate it with nausea relief for humans or a staple in our daily meals, but this amazing root offers a variety of health benefits for dogs.

Ginger is a go-to for easing nausea and vomiting, helping reduce both the severity and duration of symptoms. For dogs prone to car sickness, a bit of ginger before a ride may help. Ginger also protects the gut lining, guarding against issues like aspirin-induced ulcers.

In addition, ginger supports healthy digestion by aiding digestive enzymes and reducing gas. Its antifungal properties make it a natural helper for dogs dealing with yeast infections. Ginger is also beneficial for gastritis and can help relieve constipation.
